Things are done differently here at Diamond Vault. We understand that every client has different needs which are shaped by a timeframe, budget, and style. As a result, you will never sit down with a salesperson here. Instead, you will always be greeted by one of Diamond Vault’s professional jewelry brokers. We have collectively 80+ years of experience.

What is a Jewelry Broker?
Traditional retail stores apply a “markup” based on how long that item will sit idle in the store. However, as brokers, we do not own the items in our showcases. Rather we broker these items from the distributors and therefore their money is sitting idle, not ours. In turn, we can sell items for a much smaller margin and operate like an online store, but with the personable storefront.
